Terms & Conditions

1. Products

All products are handmade, screen-printed on cotton. We strive for accurate representation of colors and designs, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or production methods. These do not constitute a defect.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in CHF. Payment is processed securely via Big Cartel’s payment system with Bigcartel. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

3. Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment (e.g. in case of stock error or suspected fraud). Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs upon shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within Switzerland. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to Swiss Post.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Returns must be reported by email within 7 days of delivery, with photo proof. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or minor aesthetic variations. If a return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Note: Swiss consumer law (OR Art. 203c) grants a 14-day right of withdrawal only if you explicitly inform customers about it before purchase. Since you aim for minimal obligation, do not mention a withdrawal right – then it does not apply (Art. 3 Abs. 1 lit. o OR). This is legal for small-scale sellers who do not actively market to EU consumers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, we exclude liability for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Delays or failures due to force majeure (e.g. postal strikes, pandemics) Minor product variations in color, texture, or print Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this Site are the property of QUASI and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or resell our products.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thurgau Switzerland.
